Travelers acknowledge that participating in tours and activities, particularly adventure or outdoor experiences, comes with inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or even death. Cancun Voyages does not guarantee complete safety during such activities. By booking, you expressly assume all risks and agree to release Cancun Voyages and its employees, agents, subcontractors, and affiliates from any liability for any accident or injury that may occur during the trip.
Travelers are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in certain activities (e.g., ATV rides, zip-lining, cenote diving). This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with such activities and confirms that you agree not to hold Cancun Voyages responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage【14】【16】.
Cancun Voyages arranges trips that involve services provided by independent third-party suppliers, such as hotels, transport operators, and tour guides. While we vet and select these suppliers carefully, we do not own or control these entities and cannot be held liable for their actions, errors, or omissions. Any incidents arising from their services are subject to their terms and conditions【15】【18】.
Cancun Voyages will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to “Acts of God” or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or strikes. In such events, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or cancel the trip without liability【14】【17】.
It is the responsibility of the Traveler to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, and emergency evacuations. Cancun Voyages strongly recommends having insurance to cover unforeseen events such as accidents, injuries, and trip cancellations【16】.
Travelers with special dietary or mobility needs must notify us in advance. While we do our best to accommodate these needs, Cancun Voyages cannot guarantee that all requests will be met during the trip. Travelers needing special assistance must be accompanied by someone who can provide it【14】.
Travelers are expected to comply with all safety instructions provided by guides or service providers. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or harm, for which Cancun Voyages cannot be held liable【17】【15】.
Any disputes arising from the booking and participation in our tours will be governed by the laws of Mexico, and any legal actions will be heard exclusively in Mexican courts.
